This delicious tropical immune boost smoothie has anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties that will burst your immune system with healthy vitamin C and rich antioxidants. ½ cup coconut milk
1 orange (peeled and de-seeded)
½ cup fresh frozen pineapple
½ cup fresh frozen mango
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp minced ginger
¼ tsp TurmeriX Powder
(Alternatively, use your own fresh turmeric plus a pinch of black pepper to assist turmeric bio-availability)
Cinnamon (to garnish)
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Optional Recipe Modifications
Mango is high in FODMAPS. If you are avoiding these due to digestive issues, swap Mango out and use 1 full cup (instead of 1/2 cup) of pineapple for a more FODMAP friendly immune smoothie.
